A little about us

With a deep love for storytelling and a passion for capturing connection, I found my calling behind the lens 

where emotion, light, and artistry meet. Since 2017, I’ve had the honour of photographing over 200 weddings, each one a unique celebration of love, and each couple a part of my journey.

Alongside me is my wife, Jo-Anne, who plays an integral role in our brand. While she handles most of the admin and behind-the-scenes magic, she’s also a talented photographer with an eye for fine detail and heartfelt moments. On wedding days, she brings a calm, caring presence and captures the little things that matter most 

often the moments you didn’t even know were happening.

My style blends documentary storytelling with fine-art and flash techniques to create imagery that is creative, clean, 

and full of emotion — timeless photographs that feel as beautiful as the day they were taken. I don’t just take photos; I craft visual legacies that are romantic, intentional, and full of heart.

In 2024, I was incredibly proud to be named Top South African Photographer by the ProWed Awards, and ranked 

No. 41 in the world — an honour that reflects both the quality and care we bring to every wedding story.

While our work has taken us across South Africa and beyond, our hearts are at home in Cape Town with our three very spoilt furry kids..
